Service Description

Leap In Classes - This special package is for women of God who want to go deeper in their worship and movement unto the Lord from the inside out. This is a online group class that consist of Prayer, Biblical Teaching and warm -up. Along with exercise consisting of warm-up, stretching conditioning and recovery we provide the following Liturgical Dance classes: Praise and Warfare Dance, Expressive Worship, and Dance fit; through choreograph and dynamic movement vocabulary training.
