FEB W.I.M.L.D. NEWSLETTER- GOD IS LOVE

I used to think of love as a complete feeling but had no answers when I didn’t feel loved or felt like showing love. Our feelings can't be trusted all the time, so, over the years, I learned that love is not a feeling, it’s an ACTION! GOD SHOWS US THE GREATEST EXAMPLE OF LOVE IN JOHN 3:16, WITH JESUS! My prayer is that if you or someone you know, are struggling in areas of giving, showing, or receiving love to anyone or even yourself, that you reflect on God’s word and these practical principles in; 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, which can only be empowered by the Holy Spirit in your daily life and ministry,

EXERCISE TIPS

Praise Dancers, here are some exercise tips to help you stay heart ,healthy during the winter season: take brisk walks, jumping jacks, squats, and leg lifts while sitting in a chair, and of course what we have been created to do, DANCE!


 

Healthy Heart Food -Here are some of the heart-healthy foods I like to eat:

  • Spinach

  • Salmon

  • Black Beans

  • Flaxseed

  • Chicken with no skim

  • Olive Oil

  • Water

Try one, try all and stay healthy!
